Very unhappy with the product and service for this arrangement. My husband and I went to the first viewing and noticed our flowers were not at the funeral home. My husband called and complained. When we arrived at the second service we show flowers with our note on it but the flower arrangement was the smaller size and the flowers were mostly white with a couple of pink roses-not at all what I ordered. I ordered the purple floral arrangement because I knew my Sister-in-law would love them. This "error" made a difficult time even more difficult. I am not paying for such poor service. Robin Chandler
