Marjorie "Butterfly" Anne Bohne

Marjorie “Butterfly” Anne Bohne Enfield, NH Marjorie Ann Bohne, 72 of Enfield, NH and Broadalbin, NY died Saturday morning at the home of her family after a long illness. She was born April 29, 1949 to Joseph and Helen [Wallace] Gordon on Staten Island, NY. She was a graduate of Katherine Gibbs College, Manhattan, NY. Marjorie married James Allen Bohne September 20th, 1969 at the New Dorp, Moravian Church, Staten Island and shortly thereafter they moved to Enfield, NH. After the death of her husband in 2015 she ran Gemstar Gemstone in Enfield, until business operations were transferred to another family member. She was an avid collector of butterflies, anything with a Scottish Terrier, and antique buttons. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two sisters Diana Gordon, Manhattan, NY and Susan Gordon Reese, Ormond Beach, FL. Survivors include her brother-in-law Mark Bohne, her sister-in-law Jan Bohne, her nephew Matthew [Erin] Bohne, her great nephew Isaac Bohne and her beloved West Highland Terrier, Candy. A joint graveside service will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 1:30 pm at Broadalbin-Mayfield Rural Cemetery for Marjorie and her husband Jim’s cremated remains, with Rev.
